I am:
• A systems-thinker with 15 years experience in all kinds of businesses with a wide range of personalities, talents, and neurodiversity.
• Your ops fairy godmother—we’re going to figure out your shit together, without judgement or shame. I don’t play like that.
• Obsessed with making things TACTICAL and SUSTAINABLE. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. We’re going to work together to find ways for YOU to work that make sense for you, and maybe no one else.
• An accountability partner. It’s hard to make changes in your business while you’re doing the work. I’ll help you stay on track to meet all your goals.
How it works:
• We’ll start with an intro call where we chat through your business at a high level and talk about where you’re stuck.
• If it’s a fit, we’ll kick-off with a 90-minute diagnostic call. What’s working? What’s not? Where are the hotspots?
• I’ll follow up with a force-ranked list of systems and processes for us to tackle in order of what’s going to make the biggest difference first.
• Then we’ll meet 2x a month for 90 minutes and work our plan. What have you implemented? Where are you stuck? We’ll figure out solutions together and you’ll have a plan for the next 2 weeks.
• In between sessions, you’ll have access to me by email/chat for questions or issues. Or just straight-up emotional support. Change is hard.
Investment:
• $600 per month for two sessions and ongoing email/chat support. I'll send a bill at the beginning of the month, due on receipt.

FAQ
What kind of systems/processes will we work on?
Whatever you need! Client onboarding, team or contractor onboarding, pricing and invoicing, business development and marketing, project management and time tracking. I'll make a recommended plan and timeline, and we'll go from there.
What will our sessions be like?
Besides fun ? We'll spend some time reviewing your progress from our last session (no shame, no negativity) and work out what's next. We can talk about whatever you have on your mind—hiring, client issues, anything you might need a thought partner to wade through. If there's a process or system that could help, we'll figure it out. If not, it's okay to just vent.
How much time will I need to dedicate to my "homework"?
I want this to be doable, sustainable, and effort-ful, but not stressful. Depending on where you are in your business, it could be anywhere from 2-5 hours/week. Really, we want to get the work done, but we'll find a cadence that is doable for you.
What's your operations philosophy?
I don't make processes just to have them. I'm a huge advocate for making processes where it makes sense. Making something just to have a cursed SOP that no one uses is a waste of everyone's time. I try really hard to scale processes to what will 1) actually save time/energy/money and 2) get USED.
