Understanding Your Values
One thing we'll NEVER do at Waffles Friends Work is ask you to go against your personal values. This is no different—we'll start this process by figuring out where YOU draw the line with AI use. Once you can articulate where you stand, you can do the rest of the work. But it starts with you.
Strategy Screen & Risk Assessment
After we figure out you, we'll start looking at your team. Where are the vulnerabilities? What are the risks of rolling out AI to your team? Do you have the infrastructure from your org to the risk of security issues or other exposure? Looking at the risks, does it even make sense for your team to dive in?
Draft & Revise Policy
Now we dive in. We'll give you an outline for your first draft. What to include, what to consider, best practices, and more to ensure that you have a useable acceptable use policy. We want you to leave the webinar ready to take this on and roll it out to your org. So we'll include a few ideas for that, too!
Determine Accountability
Like any other well-written policy, your acceptable use policy for AI needs to include the consequences for not following it. We'll look at defining minor and major infractions and the resulting disciplinary actions. It's important to be really clear about what will happen if folks don't follow the rules.
